single parent seeks cohousing
If you've met me, chances are i've already told you what kind of housing I'm interested in personally. I'm just laying it out for the record.

Housemates: quite a few, like 8 to start, growing to 12 or so would be fine for me. Diverse demographics. Crowding is acceptable to me. Some neatness and drug moderation would be good.
Location: East Van
House: No particular requirements except having the capacity to control air quality (eg. the heating system).
Ethic: I'm pretty into locally-sourced vegan food, recycling, acceptance / inclusion of others (I could even probably accept non-vegans who don't recycle, but I would still nag). I probably can't deal with rushing / strict schedules.
Noise: people noise is good. Guitar noise is very good. Car alarm / freeway noise, not so good.
Pets: I'd like to have a dog.

Why? I am done with social isolation. Being around others helps me learn about being human and motivates me to do my best.
